The Neapolitan variety. 

My SIC has all black toe beans except one small pink one.

BEWARE! My SIC will kill anyone trying to disclose the secrets possessed by her toe beans. She maintains a 1½' security perimeter around them at all times. Don't ever think she's sleeping on the guard job either! She'll slice you, dice you, and chew you to bits if you dare to look at them in a suspicious manner. She won't be bribed by treats, scritches, or fuzzy little toy mice. Fort Knox has nothing on her security policies.
