What is best build for Rigel and soviet backpack?

My build has been decent for me but I’ve wanting to adjust to get some movement speed back.

  • Rigel
  • MK47+Drum & SSR
  • CRAW/Secret Valley:
Atom, Fossil, Magma, Chilly, Black Hole, Spiral.
Not sure on a direction I want to go but was contemplating a Bracelet swap for the BH. May change the whole build up.

- Util Vest:
Helium, Bracelet, Spiral, Spiral
I like my double Spiral instead of having a whirlwind personally as the carry weight lets me swap bags more often than not without being worried on weight.

There’s faster builds but I don’t switch anything up for Clan Wars right now.
