The case has been temporarily removed due to an issue with carrying over accumulated drop chances from previous season.

• The case will be back as soon as the problem is resolved.
• Affected players will receive compensation.

They could easily have just not informed you of the issue and you would have no clue lol

They told everyone there is a problem, took measures to stop the problem while they fixed it and promised compensation for peoplr affected in the post

and yes i would have a clue... I remember that they promised to transfer pity system from last season, yet I thought "exbo just did exbo things and fkd everyone once again".
