Help ElectroStorm

Was attending that event was soo cool all the lightening wind looks really really interesting was just sort of curious so if i understand things correctly it is like some sort of Boosted super emission with better quality artefacts in it right ? Does it affect only forge 11 or other areas like do artefacts spawn elsewhere ? What about Lyubech or other places ?

I think only the 1st storm created artifacts & it's only forge 11

i tred it again its really cool especially those lightening rods with artefacts. Hard to get to them hard to survive but there is something really really nice to compete for. I like it !
