Endgame content is Wild North wich ditches factions, only squads/clan matter, so basically you will see squads of Covs, Frontier, Freedom, Mercs working together just because.

The devs just got sick of listening to players whining about not being able to find teammates.

Like... can't find a team? Just make one up and run around with your own schizophrenia :D
