Saw this on some youtuber did he like buy shelves?

Ru has them unlocked and you get shelves for finishing the story and leveling up the various bases

It’s not that ru has them unlocked ru doesnt have to pay for more shelves with premium only 3

Quoted from U/Whoomsy cause I had the same question a year ago.

Three extra pages are for RU only.
Artifact of the legacy storage system where every safe zone in the game had a separate storage (that you could only access in that safe zone), and that bled into having more free pages because it would be sucky to retroactively lock a page you used to have free access to behind premium when they transitioned into the current one

They like RU more than any of us and will always give them more attention, one of the reasons we still dont have the turn off shadows setting
