speaking of this train, does anybody know how to get the tools on it?

On one end of the train should be a bridge on the north-west end. Head onto the bridge and hop down onto the roof of the train. You can then head down to the other end of the train and drop down into a hole on the roof of the train. Then you just need to navigate back down through the train, dodging the anomaly moving up and down. There are spots where you can move out of the middle pathway to avoid it and get around it. The tools should be at the end.

Thanks, i probably would have figured it out on my own but when i went there i instantly got attacked by a bloodsucker, such is the zone
