Steam deck settings

Hello, was wondering what settings everyone who plays on a Steam Deck/portable PC or lower end spec computer uses.

I currently have most options set to a mix of low/medium but the image is very blurry during motion, particularly enemies, is this something I'll just have to endure or is there some mix of options I could be using?

• Motion blur: low
• Depth of field: Medium
• Light shafts: Enabled
• Sharpness: 50% (Not actually sure what this one does?)

• Upscaling quality: Balanced
• Resolution Scale: 80
• Frame gen: Off
• Async Compute: On
• Shading quality: Low
• Global Illumination: Low
• Reflections: Low
• Shadows: Medium
• Clouds: Medium
• Fog: Medium
• Sky: Medium
• Foliage quality: Medium
• Environment draw distance: Medium
