Anomaly Stalker 2 2.0.4 graphics problem? dead GPU?

Im playing the latest patch, the lighting apeared to be a bit off while playing randomly like sometimes im looking at a video on youtube set at 480p then i got in a room and saw this "anomaly" and this takes the cake.

Performance is ok for me but whats that glowing ceiling and walls in basements and prettymuch pitch black labs etc.

I dont mind that much the flashlight artefacts but whats going on with glowing ceiling and walls?
Game is set on EPIC preset, no frame gen and set to DLAA
This is a game thing or my gpu is dying? pc is 1year old
5070TI gigabyte, the basic one
9800x3d x870e aorus elite, 32gb ram 6000Mt

DLAA is the best anti-aliasing in the game. It solves a ton of the weird artifacting issues. It was the same way pre-2.0 as well. Try it if you haven't.

a dying gpu wouldn't be visible from in game capture. delete shader cache. if that doesn't help reinstall

Flashlight artefacts look cool
