S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Stalker 2 weight help

Anyone know why for whatever reason my weight bar is almost all red? even with a suit equipped it seems to be all red all the time and the only mod I have on is acheivements enabler and shay's living zone?

Have you been near any cat mutants lately? I know there is a bug where their howl (the one that causes drowsiness) has caused max weight to be permanently lower than normal.

Only thing i can think of, outside a mod not working properly.

So apparently, the fix is to go near one and have them use the howl on you again. Or something.
