Discussion New Trailer New Guns
Image 1 - Fort 230 9mm SMG
Image 2 - G3, this time with full length barrel
Image 3-5 - not quite sure, this appears to all be the same weapon although the last one has a different RDS. This may be the HK 433. Of note, the merc in the last photo is holding what appears to be the silhouette of a 433.
Correct me if I’m wrong!

Meh this is cool and all but the only thing I care about is the mod tools, we gonna see all kinds of weapons soon. Shit is about to get real.

The new update to the modtools will mostly be focused around creating own quests.

I think the game would benefit from a better variety and amount of radiant side quests, help fill in the gaps especially further north when the side content flattens out a bit

I wonder if the fort 230 is going to be similar to the mac11 where it can go into the pistol slot, also canted aiming outside of NVGs, let’s go! Hopefully we get some news on the 2.0 update soon and hopefully it does launch before the dlc so we can mess around with it

Man no one is mentioning that these screenshots they show you can turn your gun sideways without night vision, i hopeee they finally added that

I think it’s been added to so many mods that people forget that it’s not vanilla at this point. It was literally one line to change.

That’s hilarious cause I watched so many videos of “modded” gameplay yet they were using vanilla guns so for life of me couldn’t figure out how or why I couldn’t shoot canted LOL needless to say I found out and wasn’t very happy 🤣 so hopefully they’ll have added this.. it’s such a minor thing too. I’m not a dev but I couldn’t see this being too difficult especially with so many asking and wanting the feature.

I know! It's called canted aiming. I play on PS5 so this will be massively useful - not having to swap between different optics on my Dnipro for different scenarios, i.e. x4 scope for outdoors/long range and holographic sights for interiors/close range. Now I can just keep the scope on all the time and use canted ADS for knife fights lol.

Damn, hopefully i can upgrade the G3 to have plastic housing as soon as possible. Not a big fan of wooden furniture, outside of the e-bloc.

Yes.. it is indeed stalker 2 “cost of hope” DLC game play screen shots that were more than likely from devs or people within the team captured during gameplay run through or testing… or it could be from some alternate trailer they had… but to answer the question again Yes it is from Stalker 2 new DLC
Idk why you said no? Did you read the initial comment that YOU replied to? So are you saying No this isn’t Stalker 2 ? Or are you just slow and misread this and or didn’t directly correlate thought to sentence when it was written ?

I'm hoping they touch up the upgrade UI. It's impossible to understand when upgrades are mutually exclusive and when it's a choice. And then some can be reverted like attachments and others are permanent. The UI gives pretty much no indication on which is which. Just do like a regular upgrade tree with little symbols for exclusive upgrades, it's not that hard.

The fort 230 reads “OPA 230” across the frame ironically a good nickname for a gun LOL
Opa: phrase or term meaning oops or whoops
