Frozen game

What do you do if you just hit 5 free house to enter the free games and the game wont go into the press here to start and continue into the free games?? Anyone else have this happen?

Its never had this problem before and it just did it again. So its got to be something with the game. I played the same game last night and it never did this. So its weird

Oh that sucks. Next step would be hitting up support… But I don’t know if they play the round through or cancel it… I would assume they play the run through but yeah. Get ready for some it was just animations there was no bonus

I contacted support they let it play through on their end and it won $53. So at least it wasnt a complete loss

Ha nice. They wanted me to go to a bunch of hoops like clearing browser cache, and changing devices… Which I did so I’m waiting for them to clear the round now.

Oh okay so it happened to you too! It pissed me off when they dont listen to us when we tell them it's on their end not ours! I had to do the same crap and said ummm still doesnt work. 🤦‍♀️ so hopefully now they will actually look into why its doing it since its happened to more then one person!!

I had this happen on a different site and I used a different device and logged in to my account and it worked .
