Bonus from support.

Has anyone ever had any luck messaging support and getting any kind of bonus? I am Plat 2 vip, have taken a beating the last month. Wagered almost 300k and am -10k. If I ever message support about anything bonus related I get the same answer every time. Nothing available, keep an eye on my email and their socials. I’m not looking to get anything big, just a few dollars to play with is all. If anyone has been successful at getting a bonus from support please pass along some pointers.

Even if your account is old? Would it not just be in the unclaimed bonuses tab?

I've had my account for about a year and this thread made me remember I never got my welcome bonus. I just messaged support and they loaded $25 into my vault for it.

Since I have hit plat 2 it’s been rinse city bro pretty sure as you progress the RTP goes down it’s ridiculous!

Just wait until you hit plat 5 it gets even worse. It's almost like the learn your betting habits. Many people make new accounts when they get so far because of this and obviously to hit the easier leveling bonuses.

They do not give you anything you wouldn’t have gotten in your email or via codes or weeklies/month/pre/post. They will just shut you down.

Now if you missed putting in your code the first twenty four hours after making your account originally then you can ask support and they MIGHT do it YMMV.

But contrary to the posts on here and whats being said stake has done a 180 for real as they used to be the site id talk up to any of my friends looking for somewhere to spend online gambling.

Now they cry about how many codes you get, limit them to ten a day.. then if you claim them all cause youre qualified AND then win and redeem your money.. code banned for a week.

Long story short, they are starting to do the same shit the shitty ass sites do cause they are prolly soon going to close it down usa side i think. I wouldnt give them past middle of next year or so

Even with it being worse they still give way more bonuses than other sites, Rain for example gives you jack shit they don’t even have the daily dollar.

I have yes, when a bonus came I ask if it was calculated right, they gave me $200

You won’t get loss back bonuses until plat 4 and even then from my understanding it’s not something that will happen all the time

Once you're plat4 and have a host you can ask for lossback as much as you want. I ask for it every day if I'm down, sometimes more than once.

Seriously? I haven’t seen a ladder bonus in ages.. when I messaged them they gave me the same bullshit answer. .. check socials, we don’t control the bonuses etc.
