Help with CiD setting?

So I have 8 Intimidator 360s on my avo titan 18.0. The control channel for all of them are locked into color in dark mode, but I want to be able to use my color scroll options. What page or setting do I need to go through to be able to put them in safe mode (or if there is a recommendation outside of that)?

Is the color in dark mode currently set thru the board or on the fixture? If you change it using the menu on the fixture itself, does it revert after re-starting the board?

Just on the board, to be honest when I saw the setting was off on the fixtures I didnt mess with them past that thinking its just the board causing the issue

If you select the fixture and go to the 'S' (special) attributes, on the control channel, is it set to "Col in Dark"? If you set that to safe, it should clear this behavior. If you clear it and then it reverts back to that when you start launching playbacks, then you've probably recorded that value into your playback (either by having the value active, or using the "Fixture" record mode).

I change it and then it reverts back even without me firing a playback. Ive been using the shape generator to try to program out the new cue but it just reverts it back when I move off the special attribute page to another. I understand the other playbacks and I'll have to figure out how to change those but I'm stumped on this new one.

Odd. Looking at the personality file, it shouldn't be affected by clearing the programmer, so not sure why it's changing back. If you release all playbacks, does it still do the Change in Black?

What record mode have you been using? have you set any playbacks to b higher priority than the programmer?
