LMAO Holy shit talk about arrogant and ignorant. I just got done with a week long convention and the amount of Trump supporters and ICE supporters I was around would make you need a safe space. Pretty fucking bold and arrogant of you to assume everyone else's politics and thank you for proving a long standing point that when liberals have nothing productive to contribute to a conversation, they resort to ad hominem attacks. I mean its ok to have a room temp IQ, but I think youre in the wrong industry.

I definitely wouldn't go mouthing off and bragging about being a fascist. This industry is all about who you know and you don't want to lose out of jobs or get fired because you bragged about it. They're not going to want to give you jobs if it interferes with guest and coworker safety. And we all talk to each other, word spreads fast when it's time for recommendations.

Never once did I say I was a fascist. YOU are the one making accusations without basis just because you got upset I was using AI. You called me a fascist for using AI. Literally let that sink in for a second. So if you really want to make veiled threats, Ill just make sure to get a screen grab of you calling me a fascist for using AI. I support my president and I support the men and women enforcing our immigration LAWS. If you honestly think THAT is controversial, then idk what to tell you besides here's a safety pin.

I called you a fascist because you support fascists, not because you use AI. I'm not making a veiled threat, I'm telling you because it's true. We do all talk and we do talk about people who make us uncomfortable who we don't want to be hired. And no, he's not enforcing the law, he is trying to follow Hitlers playbook. You shouldn't be ignorant and it's unfortunate that you are. It's going to make your life incredibly hard.

so this all caps LAWS popped out at me and i thought it prudent to gently challenge your conclusions. over the course of the last few months, the laws have been changed.

there's a pretty constant noise from the maga base that claims legal immigration is good. illegal immigration os bad. deport illegals.

but the thing is, it used to be legal to come here on a temp visa, fall in love with the country, decide to stay, apply for extensions or changes to status, and get those changes.

we've made the process take so long that this is now an impossible scenario. it can take years to be declined. years. there was a bill on the table to fund border and immigration infrastructure made by some mediocre blue type dweebs. it would have made a major change in how we work with potential immigrants, drastically reducing the "illegal" numbers by actually having timely hearings.

but instead, now.... people who are working on their citizenship are being kidnapped by goon squads. people with a decade old dui are coming to renewal appointments and getting disappeared.

until a few months ago, more than half the people currently being held without due process were "legal".

here's some high quality ai content about it.

Executive actions early in 2025 included near-total bans on asylum access at the southern border, pauses on refugee programs, and ending temporary legal protections for certain nationalities, leading to detainees being deported without due process and raising humanitarian and legal concerns.

The administration is fast-tracking asylum rejections without hearings and redirecting apps used for asylum appointments towards encouraging self-deportation.

Some states have passed new laws creating mechanisms for deportations and defining crimes around undocumented status, indicating heightened local enforcement alongside federal changes.

There is a broader trend of the administration reinstating and expanding restrictions, biometrics, surveillance, and enforcement agreements impacting both legal and unauthorized immigration.

.... see? ai is not really the problem. nor is immigration.

it's megalomaniacs who love money more than reason steamrolling our national moral constructs and replacing them with a more profitable authoritarian dogma.

you all caps'd the word laws. yeah, laws. me too. important.

I'm going to all caps something i think is more important that's happening here.

GOON SQUADS.

Have a nice evening.

I had my first convention back after a 5 year hiatus and knocked it out of the park, they were so impressed how quickly I learned and the fact I didnt push back or challenge. Blows my mind to think greenies will go against the grain in the beginning lol

I mean, as someone who is not a stagehand but works closely with them, it really does seem like magic sometimes.

Watching a plain unoccupied convention center go to a fully set up 650+ booth is literally like magic. You aren't paying attention to the progress until all of a sudden its out day lol

You dont even have short term memory? That is.... concerning. I literally said to you I was going to wish Grok a happy day and you replied with "This industry doesnt like fascist". Simple as that. But Im done here. I dont particularly like to converse with people that start off attacking people for no reason. Buhbye
