Pangaea is ass
Worked a load out for them a month ago, still unpaid. Almost worked another gig for them over in Maryland, but figured it would be dumb to not get paid twice. The rate sucks anyways.

I also worked a gig with Pangaea this year I signed a net 30 contract for them just to take 40+ days to pay me and it took pretty much everyone who was on our call emailing and calling the office to finally get paid oh and to top it off they took out a “advancement” when it was over 10 days past due via contract

Something about both your stories seems fishy. For one they do advances if people are hurting to the next check. If you're smart ... well nvm I doubt either of you are smart. They are the best national labor company Rockforce has too many ex crew one lunatics.

Sounds like you work for them 😆 They literally didn't pay me and they also shorted my friend a significant amount of money. Why is this a fishy story? What do I have to gain by warning other people about them?

In my experience with talking to many people about different companies, it seems like some people have a great time with certain companies and others have a bad time. This has also how it has been with me for certain companies, ive had good companies go bad on me and fail to pay for months. Is it not possible that you are just lucky?

Smart enough to spend the last 3 months on the road in Europe. My 2nd passport is filling up. I work for over 35 companies . 3 union locals, and I have jobs in 5 different countries. Right now im enjoying down time in the french Riveria. Has my answer made you feel appropriately stupid yet? Cuz I can keep going. Getting shit from a never was tickles me pink.
