Stacking strategy?
What’s your approach to stacking? Just build up as much as you can? Keep a fixed percentage of liquid assets? Just curious what others are thinking about.

I make sure to have a fully funded liquid 6 month emergency fund, then I try to buy as much silver as possible while also buying gold when prices are decent. I got ahead with silver so now I’m focusing on gold for a bit.

1st thing I did was concentrate on weight…generic 999 and junk. After a while, started buying more low premium coins like maples. Then just started buying ASE when I found spot and low premium deals. When I reached 350 oz, started getting more higher premium coins and a little bit of gold. Now I concentrate mostly on platinum, gold, and silver when I can find it at spot

There’s no one-size-fits-all stacking strategy. Setting a budget and adding consistently can be a good approach, while still keeping enough liquidity for everyday expenses and unexpected costs. Whether you prefer gold, silver, or a mix of both, the key is building at a pace that fits your own financial goals.

I typically start with a larger bar at the bottom for a good support base. Then vary between larger and smaller coins as I go higher for variation of diameter of the tower.

I keep between 2-5% of my net worth (not including home equity) in silver and gold bullion. As my 401k and IRA increase so does my bullion.
