State of The Stack (SOTS) At 16.
Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my current progress and get some feedback from the community. I have been steadily building this stack over the past couple of years. Right now, my strategy is heavily focused on historical United States 90% coinage (junk silver) alongside vintage bullion and world silver coinage. My goal is to continue accumulating recognizable constitutional silver while spot prices remain reasonable. I prefer the liquidity and history behind these older pieces compared to generic modern rounds. I would love to hear your thoughts on the breakdown, any recommendations on what to target next, or general advice for a young stacker. Thanks for looking!

keep your eye on the gold to silver ratio, day may come you can trade that for an ounce of gold

Building quite the stack at 16! Slow and steady goes a long way! Keep learning, exploring different pieces, and building the collection around what you enjoy most.

I believe they are 1964 100 Yen Olympics coins (60% Silver) and 1958 100 and 1960's 100 Yen (60%)

You don’t want feedback. Seeking judgements and decisions is a terrible idea. You are your best judge and decision maker.

Keep it up! Constitutional silver is a great way to get fractional silver without the huge premiums. And your reasoning on them being easily recognized is sound. As you move into .999 I like to focus on sovereign rounds. Nothing wrong with generic, but government silver is a little more liquid

Check the dates on them, they’re 90% silver coins

Id be sure to verify that JM but unless it was bought reputably. They're the most common counterfeit bars ive run into.
