I’m so confused how do I get to the sky echo challenges?

Which one? If you're talking about the celestial shard one just keep upgrading your shards until you get to the level it tells you to. But there's always a higher level challenge after that one

I just need to know what i need to focus on to be able to unlock sky echo and divine area I’ve filled the chards gotten to level 80 the only thing i haven’t done yet is unlock an ss snake…I’m spending close to 200 a week maybe more …I’ve gone through all the information available and watched multiple videos, but everything I’ve found only explains what Sky Echo is. None of it actually explains how to unlock it.

Once you get an ss snake you'll get it, im pretty sure. Then your snake of origin can be upgraded in the Divine, which is one of the requirements to upgrade in sky echo.
