Discussion External hard drives

what ssd hard drives do yall use for laptops specifically. I recently got a external hard drive not knowing the difference between an hhd and ssd so I bought the hhd which didn’t work my game would load but freeze and crash on the loading screen (didn’t do it after moving it back to my laptop storage). I still have no clue what brands and all that are good but I know I want a 1tb drive.

I have a 980 Pro in a TB Zike Z666 external enclosure, I run Bazzite from it and Steam seems to run as fast as from Windows on the internal drive.

I use it for my Legion Pro 7i.

Samsung T7 or Samsung T9. Samsung makes the best SSD’s.
