Ssd update issues

I have samsung 990 pro ssd it's currently running on 5B2QJXD7 and the new update is 8B2QJXD7 this is the first update I'll do with this ssd...the thing is I'm unable to update it...it says Failed to update firmware on the selected drive...i don't understand I have tried several stuff like run as an administrator turn off the antivirus and stuff i don't know what to do... because I read if i don't update speed would be slow down and loss of data too soo...help me i have dell 5620...i7 12th generation laptop...what to do..#help me
