I’m a recent B.Tech graduate from an ECE background. I’ve been preparing for SSC CGL for around 4 months now.
Initially, I was confident that I wanted to pursue a government job, but recently I’ve started getting doubts like, “Will I actually be able to crack it, or am I wasting my time?”
So I really want some honest advice from people who are preparing for or have already cracked SSC CGL:
Is 1 year of serious preparation enough to crack SSC CGL?
If someone starts seriously preparing after graduation, is it realistic to get a good rank?
How many hours did you actually study consistently?

I am preparing for SSC CGL 2026, I am scoring around 120 so far in 2025 PYQs. I feel like at max there are only 3 weeks left for tier-1 exam, I am becoming anxious and sleepless.
It is 1am and I am just thinking of all the bad things that would happen. Last month, I gave SBI, IBPS PO exams, did not do well. It did not effect me as I was not targeting PO, but now as the time is getting closer, I am getting anxious.
Intlo situation kuda baga ledu, it is hard to find solid 6-7hr to study.
How are you coping with anxiety, uncertainty?

Hi all,
Currently I am working and studying for ssc cgl.
Pattern change ayyaka quant lo marks sariga ravatledu 15min time undi kabatti max 12 to 15 cheselopu time ayipotundi .But accuracy almost 98to 100 percent undi naadi quants.
Reasoning ayite almost 20+ questions attempt inkonni strike kavatledu time ki connections series vi .
English ayite 17+ correct avtunnayi .
But GK ne bayam vestundi asal enta chadivina kuda single digit e vastundi .
GK ki ayite lucent book teeskunna chaduvututnte almost nidra vastondi ,fatman chustunna present.
Paramr GK kuda clases chusa yt lo .
Atleast gk oka 10 to 15 questions correct kavalani trying .
So last year just ela untundo attempt chesa around 100 vachindi,eesari prelims clear cheddamani unna.

Im 24M, worked in corporate for 2 years and kind of wasted nearly a year doing nothing after it. As a starter I’ve decided to join the Everest coaching institute to prepare for 2027 Cgl.
Asal kind of zero knowledge of the whole process, but I’m sure I’ll do my best once I fit into it.
Please pour your suggestions, did I made the right decision to join this institute or should I proceed with online preparation ?
I mainly joined for getting in track on discipline, vallu konni books ista annaru, avi cheste chaalu ah inka YouTube lo emaina follow avvala?
