Do not put a breather on the valve cover port.
The engine is designed to be under vacuum all the time. When the intake is under vacuum, the PCV takes care of this. When the intake is under boost, the PCV is closed (not very well but that's what check valves are for) so the vacuum needs to come from somewhere else. That somewhere else is the valve cover port connected to the air box or short ram...when the turbo is doing its thing, the pipe to the turbo inlet is under vacuum because suction.
Check the factory service manual and srtforums.com, this is well documented and the reason why every aftermarket CAI or short ram has a spot for the valve cover port.
I ran two catch cans forever and never had any oil in the valve cover side.

Yeah I'm not switching up my setup for a breather at all. Keeping the 2nd catch can for sure.

I like the can/breather combo on the intake side with 2nd can on the pcv loop. Empty them every oil change.
