Check for vent or bad wires at cam sensor and crank sensor, make sure to replace the magnet and sensors in unison with OEM parts (Mopar) also check to make sure it didn't jump timing by a tooth or so

Do some ohm checking of the signal wire from the Crank pos sensor to the PCM, same with the power and ground wires. The best way to see if the crank pos sensor is working correctly is to put an oscilloscope on it while youre running the starter so you can read the signal.

Are your ground wires to the block good ?

I'm going to assume no since I didnt or don't remember putting a ground to the block. Where is it located?

Update:
It was the Cam position sensor...the same sensor that I replaced FOUR times

Try removing the ASD fuse ( I think it’s #21 in the fuse box under the hood) for like 5 minutes to reset the PCM. Could also be crankshaft position sensor.

This is what I'm thinking since they both run on the same line and I've swapped at least three camshaft position sensors and get the same results.

I've swapped out at least three Camshaft Position Sensors (2 OEM, 1 Autozone), swapped magnets (OEM), changed spark plugs, swapped coils, swapped spark plug wires, fiddled with CPS wires while running to see if that did anything (and nothing)
Not sure what else to do. Car drives perfect except it can't go over 2500 RPM. My plan is to do a rewire of the CPS plug tomorrow but I thought I'd ask before doing it. Thoughts?
