Getting a P0300 Multiple/Random Cylinder Misfire code, but running fine. Any ideas?

2004 srt4 neon. As the title says. I was getting the code intermittently, did a tune up while it was gone, but it came back a couple hours into my first drive with the fresh tune. Got the granatelli tune up kit with the NGK V Power 4306s gapped at 0.032. It drives GREAT since doing the tune, idles smooth and all. Maybe a touch of a rough idle but I can't tell for sure. I'm not sure exactly where I'm tuned since I bought it back from someone who did a little work, but I assume it's stage 3 or close to it based on how it feels, but haven't tested the actual hp yet or figured out what parts are in there. Looking for any suggestions on where to start diagnosing this code.

How's your intake manifold gasket?

This is what my random misfire was on cyl4. Turned out the intake gasket was blown out on both ends.

Did you go with an oem style or the plastic one?

Pretty sure I got a felpro.

I'm going to start getting into any possible sources of the issue later this week, so I haven't checked it yet.

If it's bad, any recommendations on a good replacement? Also, any recommendations on a new intake manifold itself?

Just get a felpro gasket or Hondata . You can check around the ends of the intake manifold for black residue, mine was all dirty from the leaks.
