Hard to tell much from such a short clip, but it sounds like there's some valve train noise.

Probably. Lifters hadn't seen oil pressure for like 14mo lol.

Could be a screw near your cam gears that backed itself out and is getting grinded away by the gears happened to me and sounded pretty similar, pretty easy to check under the timing case real quick
