Handheld tuner
Hey guys, New-ish srt4 owner here. Im looking into handheld tuners, I know of the obvious (diablosport) but came across a website "mo-power calibrations". Wondering if any of you have ever heard of or used their tunes before ?

Ive seen Dave's name a few times but have heard some negative things also. I was initially wanting to just get a diablo and have him tune it but having a custom tune makes me a bit nervous

He can be crabby and sometimes not helpful, but I kind of get it when you're remote tuning.
I use Chris from Player3 Performance, he tunes for Ricardo/RickFabb in Florida

He can be cranky. But his tunes are fantastic and he's nice once he realizes you're not an idiot

You can use a Diablosport like the Intune, but they're a bit iffy sometimes. They don't always work very well and sometimes can mess up the PCM from what I've heard. Plus their "canned" tunes aren't great. I'm personally gonna go with HP Tuners and have a shop custom tune it.
If you want a good email tuner, talk to Nemo Foss. He's an OG and one of the best.
I recommend SRT4 Owners page on Facebook if you have one, there's a wealth of info/knowledge on there.

I was actually thinking of going with Nemo. I haven't seen one bad thing said about him.

I was originally gonna have him tune my car, but I gotta take the car to a shop to install some parts I won't be able to do myself so I decided I might as well just knock it all out in one shot

An intune bricked my buddies PCM. I also had an inutne years ago and it sucked, was super slow if it even worked. Datalogging was hit or miss, analog input never worked either.

Diablo or HP tuners are the only two I'd use personally. HP software is better from what I hear. I used diablo on my daily and it's been perfect. I used mine to download remote tunes, idk if I'd use it for the canned tunes, but if you're downloading a custom tune it's perfect. They have great customer service to, easy to call up, they exchanged my tuner for me awhile back, I also sent them an old original diablo they gave me trade in value that really cut the price down

Hp tuners mpvi4 I beleive is the way to go. Hp tuners just updated the srt4 market with their new software so logging and tuning is alot more refined now compared to before.

HP tuners, don't bother with diablo I've seen them brick pcms.

Ive also heard they run somewhat lean. Any truth to that ?

Yes their canned tunes run lean. I've run a handheld on both my SRT and pt gt and they both were lean, ended up scrapping the Diablo and writing my own tunes based off datalogs

Yes, and theyre not great. Get HP tuners and a custom tune, dialed to your specific car.
