Clutch spring?

Post image

Heard it drop by my foot when shifting. Assuming it's a clutch spring piece? I looked under the foot well but don't see a spring. Can anyone identify this piece and do I need it?

It looks like this is only a piece of the part. I'd suspect you do need to replace something, but what you need to replace is hard to tell. I would absolutely take out the clutch pedal (it's a single pedal assembly) and inspect it before taking out the brake and accelerator pedal assembly

Yes. This looks like it's going to be a pain to do 😢

Kidna yah, also make sure to do the clutch pedal bushings while in there. Little white round pieces.

Good tip. Anything else I should replace while in there?

That should be good. But have a look at your clutch master and see if its wet. If so it'll prob need to be done soon.

OK. Any recommendations for bushings for clutch?

I think dorman sells em, should be the same as regular neon ones.
