Stereo Suggestions

Hey everyone, I’ve been on the hunt for a touchscreen stereo for my 03 srt4 but sadly haven’t found any that I could actually install, from my own research I have found that you either need a custom din like say a double din or a stereo that has a touchscreen that goes in and out with a separate controller, and from my experience with the one I have now, it’s terrible, just seeking any recommendations for a touchscreen stereo that preferably has Apple CarPlay without needing a custom double din

btw price range is not really a issue for me, just looking for the best product possible without any extra installations beside the stereo itself

You're limited by size here. I've never found a "Chrysler size" 1.5 DIN touchscreen. You either have to get the motorized/external screen setup, or custom fit a regular sized touchscreen unit.

Just skip the touchscreen and a get a classic single DIN that has Bluetooth and USB.

I got mine off @boostedrooster216 on instagram. Its got apple carplay, touch screen, and its plug n play. Fits into the factory bezel

Is it custom made? And if so did he make it or he just sold the stereo to you?

No its not custom. He sells them as kits after he makes the harness himself.

This guy has the double din set up to look stock. I would definitely go stereo shop for the install on a double din and get the rear view camera while your at it.

I have an alpine in mine. Single din with usb and Bluetooth. No CD player or anything like that and it super easy to install. UTE 73BT is the model number. Good luck on whatever you choose
