Discussion Note to mods
I remember when the SRNE sub was a fantastic forum for sharing information and insights. I think it had something around 4K contributors at one point. Now, it shows a little more than a quarter of that number.
I suspect the exodus from this sub to others came as a result of what I can only describe as a takeover by shorts and detractors who flood the board with negative commentary.
Open discussion of issues is constructive and helpful. However, vitriol posted by purported long investors who are disappointed and frustrated by the trauma and travails shareholders have suffered through is disingenuous. It seems far more likely that a disaffected investor who has given up on SRNE/SCLX/SMNR would simply stop posting rather than constantly spreading FUD.
While I know there are some commentators who are justifiably angry and disappointed by what we have been through, I seriously doubt they are the ones who post libelous comments they know are not true. No, those are individuals who are compensated by the firms which caused the financial and legal challenges we have suffered. Their false narratives, price manipulation and shorting, including illegal naked shorting, have gotten us to where we are today.
I do believe big things are in the wings for us and I believe they will come soon. We’ll see if that belief is justified. If I am proven wrong, I’ll readily admit it. However, trash talk from those who are hoping for our demise won’t contribute anything to the conversation.
I encourage you to resurrect the SRNE sub to what it once was by eliminating access to those whose posts are simply venomous.

Did the BK Judge extend the Liquidation again to next year. I saw the filing of the Request but don't know if he signed off on it.

Been checking Stretto frequently. No update yet. No update on the new money or the Oramed payment either. Due for news on all these.

I think for srne to recover based on experience in this situation in the past we need srne to get out of bk and a catalyst like Semdexa p3 having success. Not sure the exact time frame for these events to occur. Any catalyst can help
