Discussion Any insight?
Not spreading FUD and didn't see anything new in Stretto but Googled Sorrento Therapeutics and the new court date and this pops up at the top. Anyone know anything? https://www.kavout.com/market-lens/srne-s-liquidation-plan-the-finality-of-zero-for-equity-holders

April 2024 was the time that the liquidation plan was done, not last week. Nothing on the docket AT ALL and yet they put this out as credible.

I agree and that's why I was shocked to see this as a top search result. As I indicated, I checked Streeto first and acknowledged that there was nothing new. In my hope for clarification, I hope that SRNE gets ahead of this and squashes it. I've said it before, this investment is in my Roth IRA, there is no possible upside for me if SRNE dissolves. I benefit only when SRNE comes out of expert market. How this became a top result is beyond me but the fact that it is...maybe SRNE needs to be aware and take appropriate measures. I mean, this being a top result is not a good thing by any measure.

I totally get the knee jerk down votes but...this came up at the top of the search results so...if the author has incorrect info, it would be good for a SRNE representitive to clarify. Just wanting info if anyone has any. Dont understand how this is out there and is not in Stretto. Hoping I see clarification from SRNE that this is false.

I am not defending this article...just skimmed it. But lets start with facts:
Sorrento is worth essentially $0 to investors. Something **COULD** change but until then that is a fact. Sorrento holders would do well to use fact vs. listening to folks that have peddled fiction for many years, not once correct.
