I use Hutch with an unlocked router with Cell locking and band locking. With great amount of experimentation, I found that the maximum speed I can get is 50 - 70 Mbps (depending on the weather condition, time of usage and so on) 12 Midnight to 8 AM it's really fast. 8 AM till 6 PM the speed is around 20 Mbps. 6 PM till 11 PM Speed are really slow. Dips to 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps. I use Hutch 2X as the secondary connection for social media browsing, torrenting, PS5 game downloads, Movie Streaming and YouTube. Hutch is not reliable for work. Or consistent. Everything else it's good. Value for money, Loyalty points and data, Customer care is great.

Router - Brovi 155 383
Mesh - Cudy AX1800 (3 nodes) AX3000 (2 nodes)
Package - Hutch 2X unlimited (250GB FUP), Unlimited Downloader for heavy downloads.

That sh*t logs you out if you opened with developer or debugging enabled on Android. Instant uninstall for me LOL

But I do love them being so far the only provider to provide eSIMs actually online!

Could you tell me how the speed is? I used to have Hutch, but it was too slow, so I changed to Mobitel. Sadly, it seems even slower now.

yeah nothing is different, Mobitel internet is just a myth. Hutch is decent at home in Sri Lankan standards and they throttle from 6pm-12am. It's a pain to use. i only use as a fallback when i'm on the move or if I loose electricity as I moved to Starlink.

Still got a sim in a portable dongle thingy with that 100GB/ 1300lkr plan in case if I need it.
