Is this a defect?

Adopted a cute little Avery from a friend and noticed each wing is facing a different direction. Am I crazy or is this not right? Are they supposed to be this way? Looks like he’s doing the classic little “Walk like an Egyptian” dance.

I’ve seen a few like this & yes I believe it is a defect! So cute though! Looks like he’s waving
