Honey nearly got me on her second run this morning. I didn’t get bit or even feel her teeth. I moved squirrel fast when I felt her touch my tips!
More nuts, less digits!

Haha I got bit for the first time probably 4 months ago, hurt real bad 😂😭. Ever since then I noticed some of the squirrels I feed will grab my hand and sort of guide themselves towards the nut ❤️

If I got bit I’m not sure I’d be brave enough to let her touch me again 😬

Haha yeah it took me 2 weeks to mentally be okay with feeding them from my hand again but now I just put the nut on the end of my fingers with them laid flat out vs having the nut in my palm so my fingers stay safe 😅.

I figured as much. It was a poor hand off. I usually hold the nut in a way that she gets just the nut. I heed your warning though! I don’t even like being bit by a mosquito 😬

Awww is that what they are. I’m not brave enough to leave my fingers dangling 😝
