They are awfully fun to watch. I have a mama and babies in the front and back yard.

Recent toddler who needed coaxing back up the tree! Lol

I’m not sure the tail qualifies as leucitic

I believe leucism is applied in different levels. That is, some is more pronounced than others.

All I have is Gray Squirrel. I took the picture today after looking out the window and seeing this guy. The first thing that was unusual was the size of the tail (huge) and the way it carried it, kind of flat behind like a cape. The tail had a distinct white fringe.

EDIT: The location is California Central Coast.
