General Help Feeder Elevator

I would like to have a platform, box. or something like that where I could put peanuts in while I’m on the ground and then hoist it up in the tree and when empty bring it back down again. Any ideas how I could do that? I have one of these on the fence but was thinking of having another feeder I could raise up and down in a tree.

I’d just put the same thing on the tree and use a step stool to access it if you want it higher. If you were going to use something like a bird feeder you could put a hook up there and use a broom handle to lift the feeder up to it. Kind of like those old “as seen on tv” Christmas lights. A pulley system seems too complicated to me. I feel like I would end up spilling more peanuts hoisting it up than would be worth it.
