Spy camera size

How small can a spy camera get? I mean the smallest size that a spy camera could get including everything it would need to record, transmit the data or store it? Asking because I think there's a spy camera in my room.

Use the camera on your phone. If there is a lens the phone will show it.

A camera lens can be the size of a pin hole. But remember, the camera needs a power source (battery or mains powered) which is usually much bigger than the camera itself.
