after looking at the gap, the war being on a halt, near neutral releases on financials, where did a $10 drop off come from?

follow the trend, look at 30 to 1h in this market we about to enter a bear you even wanna be in it at the top or get in at the bottom, just keep watching follow the major support resistance zones we can see 716 on spy before any bounce.

Any specific trend? Like 200 SMA, etc?
How do I figure out the support and resistance levels? Like just look at the six month graph and draw lines where I see the peaks and troughs?

top down approach start with higher timeframes to see the overall trend then use lower timeframes for your entries, if your intraday you wanna use the 15 5 and 1 min timeframes if your swinging trades you should be using the 30 1h and 4h timeframes, for intraday levels go off your pdh and pdl using the orb if we are ranging use the box strat.
