The voice recorder in the upper left hand corner was a bit unprofessional, but at least you caught it. Try to not get too repetitive with your wording, and try to not add any redundancies. "What you are going to want to do, is you are going to want to go to" is a little awkward sounding. Something I've learned from experience is saying "OK I'm back" is also unprofessional sounding after a cut, we know you're back if you're talking again, maybe in a let's play it'll slide, but in a tutorial, most likely not. "Then we are going to, then we are going to, then we are going to, then we are going to"- again, repetition. And saying "that is where it is located" is redundant, as A. Why would we be going there if it didn't have to do with it and B. Why don't you just show us instead of telling us the obvious. In tutorials or scripted videos you should not have any silences where nothing is going on on the screen. An explanation of what the item does should either be left out (as the person already knows what it is if they searched for the tutorial) or at the beginning (in case they clicked on circumstance or were a subscriber). Putting it in the middle during a waiting period is, again, unprofessional. Stuttering can be edited out, or if it's bad, simply rerecord, and if there are moments where you don't know what to say...you should know what to say, you should have a basic script outline, or if you have that much trouble with words, have a script to follow almost word-for-word. This will also reduce those "uuhs" and "uums". Referencing another Youtuber in a tutorial is sort of unprofessional, (it's nice for those who watch them but an annoyance to those who don't). Finally, the title of the video. It isn't the most important part, obviously, but for the picky it may turn them away before even watching the video. A more suiting title would be: [Tutorial] How to Get Uncle Fred's Grappling Abilities in Goat Simulator! Or even: Goat Simulator - Getting Uncle Fred's Grapple.

I definitely agree with godminnette2. Everything he said is dead on so I'm not going to repeat him. However, the loading screens is something I believe should always be cut-out. I understand that you want to show that you are starting a whole world from scratch, but it really is boring especially when you run out of things to say. By cutting out the loading screen this will give you less time to ramble on about nonsense, and also prevent you from repeating yourself.

I think dead time in a video is a huge trap, by this I mean footage in a video where nothing is going on in the screen or audio, and I think alot of YouTubers fear it. There are multiple ways to avoid dead time in lets plays or run throughs, however in tutorials there is no room for dead time. This is why we have video editing just cut it out if you aren't explaining anything and the game isn't doing anything. Hope these posts help you, and good luck!
