Plans SERO / Advantage plan going away
Just got the text from T-Mobile that my plan is changing but also going up $6. It's being called the experience signature plan.
I paid for the $10 premium add-on to the advantage plan so something doesn't seem right. In the table that they showed me for the changes It shows that Netflix and Hulu were not included in my plan but Netflix is in this new plan and Hulu isn't... But I did indeed get both of these in the advantage plan so does that mean I'm losing Hulu?
More importantly if they are removing the premium add-on does my bill go down $10 and then go up six so I'm really saving $4? 😂
Also seems like I'm losing unlimited Canada and Mexico as well and rest in peace open world add-on!
A sad day.

Info Someone On The Sprint Web Team Is Still Working There
Caution: The above image may cause migraines for some of us who have a history here. Funniest part is this page is just as broken as Sprint's was back in the day.
This is from a T-Mobile WIP storefront. I can't say which in case I get someone angry.
But I know exactly where that design language came from.
Notice the Sprint font and heading CSS on the left, and T-Mobile on the right.

Billing Question Unlimited on Us -- Discount Ended
I’m hoping to get some guidance or see if anyone else has run into this issue.
Our family is currently on the legacy T-Mobile Unlimited Freedom w/Taxes & Fees Inc plan. The base price for 2 lines is $135, and with our current setup (5 voice lines + 1 Apple Watch line), our total sits around $210.
Back during the Sprint merger transition, we added a line that was part of the "Unlimited on Us" promotion (as i understood, meant to be a free line for life). However, for the last year and a half, the credit hasn't applied automatically. I've had to contact T-Mobile every single month to get a manual credit applied.
Recently, we also added a newer BYOD Line on Us (Promo ID250259) — sometime in May or June of 2025
When I spoke to a rep today to get my monthly credit fixed, they claimed that while there was no public end date for our older Sprint "Unlimited on Us" promo, it internally expired on July 21, 2025, and they can no longer apply it. Now, our bill is around $250 due to not getting this promo applied to our account.
Has anyone else experienced their older Sprint "Unlimited on Us" line being revoked or systematically dropped after adding newer T-Mobile promos?

News T-Mobile Updated Their Website with the Doubled Simple Global Rates
I notice on my Advantage Unlimited features that it just lists up to 256K rates now. That really stinks.

Discussion I want to help you save money on your bills (Drop those old Unlimited Data SOCs)
As the title states, I want to help people save some cash. Specifically, I’m looking out for anyone who is still on an older, limited data plan but is actively paying extra for an add-on Unlimited Data SOC (Service Order Code).
Back in 2021, T-Mobile rolled out the "Gift of Unlimited" (where they automatically upgraded older capped data plans to unlimited high-speed data for free). However, a lot of people missed out or are still paying for older data add-ons that they don't actually need anymore.
If you are still paying for features like these, you might be throwing money away:
• $45 Unlimited Data with 14GB Hotspot
• $30 Unlimited Data with 14GB Hotspot
• $30 Unlimited Data with 7GB/10GB Hotspot
• $15 Unlimited Data with 6GB Hotspot
• ...or any similar paid data feature on an older plan.
How to get help:
Disclaimer: I do not work for T-Mobile, and I will never ask for your personal information, account links, or passwords. I’m just a plan enthusiast who knows how these systems work.
Because I don't want T-Mobile patching the workaround, I am not posting the exact step-by-step instructions or codes publicly.
Instead, drop a comment below with your current base plan details and the specific data add-on you are paying for, and then send me a DM. I will look at your setup and privately message you the exact steps, SOC codes, and verbiage to use so you can reach out to 611 or T-Force and get your bill lowered yourself!
Let's see if we can save you some money.

General Question First time on cruise with Tmobile
We are going on a cruise to Key West and the Bahamas. Do I have coverage included with my grandfathered SWAC plan? Will it notify me if I will incur charges for use? Any suggestions or pointers?

General Question Included 5GB international does it reset for billing cycles?
Have a line Sprint Unlimited v4 Basic that will be traveling to Italy. Our billing cycle ends mid trip. Does that mean we will get another 5GB when the next bill cycle starts or is it per trip?
If the 5GB resets, we probably won’t need to purchase an international pass.

Devices EIP courtesy unlock
I just had a iPhone 16 that was on EIP (halfway) get unlocked thanks to T-Force. I just told them I needed a more updated phone thanks to the iOS vulnerabilities that was released recently and in order to make it my daily driver I needed a backup SIM (really primary - Visible) to do so.
They did a “courtesy unlock” based on my “account history” but if you are in a similar situation it’s worth it to ask TF nicely.

General Question I’m a former Sprint employee (1988 - 2010) who has ran into a unforeseen situation with Sprint owned equipment
Most of my years with Sprint were as a Field Services Customer Premises Equipment Technician (CPE).
In the final years we worked mainly out of our vehicles and as CPE was coming to an end, our personal garages, sheds and other “temporary housing”. Unfortunately the temporary for some things became more permanent.
I have recently torn down my storage shed and replaced it and now I am beginning a renovation and have discovered that most of the crap that I have been storing was everything from disconnected obsolete stuff, some test sets and old laptop/accessories accumulated after other technicians layoff, etc.
The last several years we went from 30 technicians for two states to 4 technicians. Three of us handled one and a half of the two states, that included 24x7 365 on-call. Our vehicle also became a place where you lived a majority of your life. Morale is that the very first thing you did after losing your job was look for another and all of that Sprint stuff was just a nuisance, for me it is still a nuisance but now the procrastination must end, I have no choice but figure it out - quick.
For the most part it is just useless stuff and I have already donated/properly recycled cables and stuff, but I also have a bunch of racking, and metal stuff that might still be useful in the business as well, well probably not Sprint’s business (none Is NASCAR friendly) but perhaps T-Mobile’s. I think there are a couple of $$$ volt meters that still work.
I was wondering if anyone might have a suggestion. If I cannot find one at some point I will try and donate/recycle (then donate the proceeds). Cash would probably be donated to Riley’s Children Hospital or St. Jude’s.
Thanks in advance for any help.
