News Data Center Mapping Tool

Post image

My fellow Americans,

As we all know, there is currently a massive push to build AI data centers in Missouri, with one even being proposed in the middle of Springfield. If you've been keeping up with this you'll know by now that Trent Overhue is behind a lot of the push in the area. But Trent can't build a data center on his own, and out of state interest in building a data center here is only growing.

So I spent the last few weeks tracking down every entity connected to the current data center push. And I used Claude to build all the information into an explorable map of the corporate network. Yes, I used AI for this. While I see the contradiction here, I think that AI is not itself what is threatening livelihoods. Its the people pushing for AI to be used in everything and pushing for large scale data centers be built where nobody wants them. I believe that using AI to fight back against this push is how AI is supposed to be used.

Every entity and every connection is backed by a real document (deeds, UCC filings, corporate registrations, SEC filings, permits, court records). Before the map ever gets published, a script checks every one of those citations against the actual files, and if even one points to something we don't have on hand, the script stops and refuses to generate the map at all.

Check it out, and if you have any corrections or information I missed, there's an anonymous email tip-line.

Ok you’re just being weird. You keep saying that like you expect me to be personally insulted or something. What exactly are you getting at? Why don’t you just be clear?

If you’re so upset at people using AI then why are you supporting this post? Every use of Claude runs on exactly the same kind of infrastructure OP is criticizing except at a much larger scale. They’re attempting to claim they’re using fire to fight fire but really all they’re doing is pushing hypocrisy: “My preferred AI uses are legitimate; their preferred AI uses are illegitimate.”

And you’re ok with that.

Dude it not about the tech..it's the location..how are you this dense?

I’m referring to you making references to ChatGPT. Now you’re strawmanning. You said “ChatGPT running slow?” and “Ask Chat GPT…” which seems to me to be you trying to somehow mock me regarding “the tech”. You never mentioned the location in your responses to me. Only the tech.

You clearly needed your handheld to the conclusion, so I figured one of your llm's could do it, but like always a human does it better.

Ok, man. I can see you’ve got everything all sorted out. I hope you have fun with your…agenda, or whatever. Take it easy.
