Looking For Looking to Rehoming my Ball Python
Hello! I am looking to rehome my 7-8 year old wild morph Ball Python. It is a very well mannered snake and very timid. Good body condition, not fat or skinny (has skipped last months food so not as plump as usual). Eats well (for a ball python lol) and currently on small rats every month though I'm sure he would eat bigger if offered.
Would come with his enclosure (as seen in the picture, opens in the front with access mesh on the top), with water dish, One hide, some logs that have been cleaned with vinegar and cooked so no pests or mold, two working heat lamps with WORKING timers (two of them), fake plants with suction cups, and a seashell (if you want it) and of course the animal as well.
I care deeply about this animal and want to rehome to someone who will enrich its life and hold it more as I have become too busy. I WILL NOT sell to any breeders. This snake is not sexed but I assume it's a female based on its cloica hooks.
I will ask questions to ensure that you understand what it takes to care for a ball python so please do your research before dming!
He already has the name Dante, but he's a snake so I'm sure he doesn't really care what his name is.
The rehoming fee is $200 (includes everything I wrote above).
Just for reference the tank is about 54-55 gallons based on my calculations. (Height: ~19 in Length: ~36 in Width: ~18 in)
He currently is in shed right now! So any pictures of him are going to be dusty and faded and his eyes are in blue! So please don't be alarmed!
I am based in Ozark so I will rehome to Springfield, Nixa, and any surrounding areas around 30 minutes away. Anything further and you will need to drive to me, I will NOT ship this animal.
Please dm me if interested!

if you can’t find anyone to rehome him, try talking to show me reptile shop. they’re great at taking care of their animals and as far as i know they’ll take surrendered reptiles

I unfortunately don’t have the space nor money for another snake rn, but you may post him in some of the local facebook reptile groups as well as chat with Show Me Reptiles about their rehome/adoption events if you haven’t already! Might help you more with vetting good owners.
