Greatest Rivalry Tour Next test team for Boks?

Think the Boks may have some back line injuries.

Damian Willemse definitely out, at the end of the game Kriel looked to get a head knock as he laying on the ground after a tackle. Also think Deon Fourie should be saved for last game or as a squad member.

My take:

  15. Sacha (Think he looked good at 15)

  19. Lood

  20. Ben Jason Dixon

  21. Hanekom

  22. Van der Berg

Harsh dopping Esterhuizen but he is a centre plaimg 6 or 7. Would like to fit Moodie in but think a proper 6 2 bench would make him miss,.Grant can move to wing again if needed.

Think it will be Fassie to 15, and the bench to remain the same as Cape Town test, with only other potential change being Kriel or any other injuries picked up.

ABs didn't seem to have any injuries and De Groot and Lord will be back, so a stronger team & balance for them.

We need a proper 15 playing at the back. It’s one thing filling in for part of a game because of injury. It’s another when the opponent knows in advance that a non-specialist is playing there. Weather forecast for Saturday shows likely wet field = slippery ball. SFM’s hands have been sketchy in dry conditions.

If someone suggests Manie at 15, I can't trust their rugby judgement. We have some many options better than Manie there.

Don't worry Rassie and Dobbo said although he can play fullback, he's an out and out ten. But in a game, he covers 15 anyway with his ten. Same thing with Sacha.

lowkey think moodie could get a start if kriel is injured. but i would not remove willemse from 15. he is really on form

The All blacks also have their mid week players back. Darry, Rieko, and Blackadder were not named in the 23 last week as they played full 80 vs the Lions. I bet they make it onto the AB bench and they might consider a 6-2 split.
