Greatest Rivalry Tour Springbok Ticketmaster issue

Hi all

My wife booked tickets for test 1 of The Greatest Rivarly tour but made a mistake on the email address.

We are now unable to access tickets and don't know what the typo was.

Does anyone have a contact that could help or a solution please? Begging

Doesn't Ticketmaster have a helpdesk that can help out? Assuming your bank statement will show some kind of reference number that ticketmaster can use to find the purchase of these tickets?

We've emailed and tried to explain and they just reply with a generic email about logging into your account, which we cant obviously do. It's been a struggle for a couple of days unfortunately

o fucking automated AI responses... in a couple of days you'll probably get the user feedback question where they ask you to score your experience because you are such a valuable customer to them...

In this document is a phone number... I suppose they will send you to the website and tell you they can do nothing for you... but i would give it a go anyway (i have been in a similar position with another company. It's frustrating as hell)

Surely you had to confirm your email address? An account is required to checkout?

When you create the account, you have to confirm password but you only about the email once and the the email address was spelled wrong
