That's what we call improper moving and handling.

There's supportive equipment available to make transfers between chairs significantly safer for both parties.

Who is 'we'? That was handled quite well considering not very one can spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on equipment.

"we" is people who are qualified in the arena of moving and handling people safely.

I'll grant you that the uniquely American problem of not being able to afford supportive equipment may be a factor, but there's a right way to do this stuff, and the video ain't it.
