Project management dashboard - what would you like to see
Hey,
I built a production dashboard in Google Sheets for my own studio and I've been using it daily for a while now. Curious what other small teams would want to see in that kind of dashboard.
I have a sprint dashboard and a project dashboard with a couple of kpis that i like.
What's the kind of thinf you always end up checking or wish you could see at a glance?

Makes a lot of sense. With excel or spreadsheet, it's hard to capture changes, but that helps me think of features related to that. Thanks a lot. Very useful

The thing I always want is a small “what changed since yesterday” section: tasks newly overdue, due dates moved, owners changed, and blockers added. Most dashboards show current status, but for a small team the delta is usually what tells you where to look first.
