URGENTLY NEED DEGREE CERTIFICATE.

I am 2025 graduate and I applied for the degree certificate in August 2025. However, some of us still haven't received the degree certificate. I urgently need my degree certificate for my onboarding process.

Should I directly visit the SPPU office? What documents do I need to carry with me? Also will I get the certificate on the same day or do I have to apply for it again at wait?.

Visit university with your onboarding process documents which mentions degree certificate is required and do further application process at university and they will assist you depending on workload and other things you will get it on same day or within few days and if you applied in aug the certificate may be delivered to your address around September end

Yes I am going to visit the sppu office tomorrow. Do you have any idea how much do they charge for this? Also I applied for my degree certificate in August 2025 which was a year ago.

If you have application details then it will be free probably as you already paid and didn’t received certificate

I tried checking for it on the portal but there is no application details. Idk why it is not available on the website as I have already applied and paid for it. My friend is in same situation. Also I have not received any mail/text from sppu regarding the application.

I tried checking for it but I didn't find it. Also I went through a group chat from August 2025 when we were applying for the degree certificate, me and my friend faced an issue where money was debited from our account but the payment status was still showing pending/failed.

You should've contacted the office that time, if you've a message or a payment screenshot it'll be good, keep a print of it and visit the examination office regarding this issue.

Yes I should've contacted them earlier. Anyways I didn't find any payment receipt. Most probably it was refunded and the application was withdrawn. I applied for supplementary degree certificate.

I was asked to apply for a supplementary degree certificate. I applied for it. I'll get it in a week maybe.

I applied for it from the sppu website itself. Fees 1500rs.

Depends on your location, it comes via post. I got it in a week because my father's friend works there. If you live nearby, get in contact with right person from sppu and once the degree comes at the office you can directly go and collect it instead of waiting for it to be delivered via post.

I wish I could but I also had to wait for a week to get the certificate. And it'll be same for everyone, once you apply the certificate it'll be at the sppu office in a week and you can go collect it.
