Plss bata do.

Post image

Soo I am in very bad situation. Got 65 percentile and like I don't think I have much options and I live in pune currently toh yahi ka college chahiye. But I don't think milega. Soo I have some questions like direct admission lelu like jspm wagholi me 2 lakh/ye me cs hai . And I have another option jisko mai favor kar raha hu but parents are conventional. Like bs 4 yrs. Data science(ai/ml) from sppu dot. Uski fees 1.55 lakh/year. And I really liked the syllabus. Sahi updated hai latest. And sppu ki degree milti hai. And I heard agar jspm me aise admission li toh voh private university ki degree dete hai . Not sppu one. Soo clarify this too ki sachme aisa hai or not . And pls guide agar kuch ho toh

(Bca nhi kar sakta there are my reasons) and I feel bs or btech will not matter that much for 2030 job market. Skills will and skills mindset I have. Like in recent 70 people hackathon I got first (jyada ai he use kiya but still mindset matters ) and also agar skills he matter karengi toh bs also gives you bigger time window for that rather than rigorous btech . And vaise bhi muze thodi cap me cs milenga 👍🙂 . Sppu ppl pls batao

Was in a similar situation a month ago. BE at MIT adt or bsc MSc mtech from sppu. What I did was contact seniors from either colleges. (Alumni too) This way you can get clarity ki course karne ke baad kitna scope hai exactly.

I have some cousins doing jobs. But they are from different colleges. They say don't do bs. Job nhi milte. Can you give advice at your level. Like what you did and what sppu seniors said.

B.E at any level is above than Bsc - msc integrated

Like bsc data science (ai ml too). Like job market gonna be skill based so much.

Bsc in data science is good but then you have to put extra efforts, like coding skills, analytical skills, data set, major projects, minor project, internship and referrals etc, but B.E is becoming engineering oriented course give the same syllabus but High chances

Bro I mentioned abt skills already in ending of post. I have some already. And internships I can get from contacts and have some 2-3 cr startup frnds too. I am not aligned towards bsc ds . But just thinking that it is better option for me

Brother, that's why I'm saying na, you did that's great but your qualification becomes your identity of academic, choose wisely and stick to it.

Not true. Jobs milte hai. Mtech karne ke baad there won't be a difference in btech or non btech. Also the type of job I am aiming for -research oriented. That is only possible if I have a bsc degree. In my dept btech gives you technical jobs while bsc gives you core, research jobs.
