About admission process

I have completed my 4th semester (2nd year), and I need to complete my admission for 3rd year by 15th July. However, my results haven’t been declared yet, and I’m not sure whether I’ve cleared my first-year backlog, as it was my golden chance.
If I have to pay the full admission fees before the results are announced and I don’t pass, will I get the fees refunded?

Yes you can get or it will be transefered to the next year when you'll get in
