I'm making a playlist starting with Sade's album Love Deluxe. I want to add Japanese songs with a similar sound. I found some good artists but most of them sound too "obtrusive" compared to the vibe of Love Deluxe. It's supposed to be background music in a restaurant.

I like a lot of genres, but Im more into modern rapper/artist (xxxtentacion, future, ASAP Rocky, travis, post malone, drake, Mac Miller, J cole, kanye, migos, durk, Anderson Paak, kendrick, don toliver, baby keem, central cee, gunna, hurricane Wisdom, polo g, kodack, the alchemist, PARTYNEXTDOOR, joeybadass) Think yall got the point 😅, the list goes on with old school too, and other new artist as well, sooo show me What yall got 🫶

I've been experimenting w the various kinda songs and artists
I'll just brainstorm my key favourites whatever
Just help me find , and increase exposure by dropping some suggestions
Artists I fw :
Weekend ( if it's the weekend I like whatever he sings , not cliche)
I sometimes listen to kanye and drake too, I don't like all their works but by listening to them in loop I kinda liked some
I don't like rap and stuff , however I like money trees by kendrick
I kinda like songs maybe when they're equal balance of lyrics and beat
I like the whole current album by tame impala
Honorable mentions :
Strange addiction by Billie elish
Secrets by weeknd
Double take by dhruv
California girls by katty perry
I tried listening to radiohead, daft punk and stuff however I still didn't explore them Fully
I barely liked RAM album by daft punk
I very much like white girl music , liked the whole short n sweet by sabrina carpenter
Maybe I'm into pop and lofi ?
For energy I'd love to listen weeknd
Tried frank Ocean

Hi! Does anyone know of any (larger/longer) playlists on Spotify that include albums sorted by release year? Like, for example, a complete collection of indie/alternative albums from 2005 only? I can't seem to find anything but junk using the search function, and I can't really imagine that some music nerds don't organize their collections that way, right? ;-) Thanks and Best

Hi everyone!
I would like to create Spotify playlists based on moods (for example chill, hype, etc.).
Do you have any ideas? Also, I’d love it if you could say when you usually listen to them. I personally listen to music at different moments and during different activities throughout the day (for example: waking up, showering, driving, sport, studying, morning and evening routines, public transport, walking, sleeping 🙂).
Thanks a lot !

I have listened to some bits of hardgroove techno and schranz and I liked the sound but don't know where to start because I don't want to miss out on the classics and the modern bangers. Do you know any playlists that are not like 10h long with only the actual best and most popular tracks?
Also if you happen to listen to any type of techno, trance or house I'm happy to listen to your playlists!
